Registration
All participants must register for the CME event through the official registration process.

Payment

Registration fees are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by the organizers.
Attendance and Participation
Late arrivals may be denied entry to sessions, and participation credit may be forfeited.
Participants are encouraged to actively engage in discussions and activities throughout the event.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times during the CME event.
Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
Intellectual Property
All materials presented during the CME event, including presentations, handouts, and other resources, are protected by copyright.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior permission from the organizers and presenters.
Liability
The organizers of the CME event are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience sustained by participants during the event.
Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being while attending the event and related activities.
Changes and Cancellations
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, program content, or speakers without prior notice.
In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will be notified, and registration fees will be refunded in full.
